Overview

Course Description
This training will equip the participants with the knowledge of tools and techniques which can be used to improve a process as a Green Belt. The tools and techniques used while executing the DMAIC projects will be covered with examples. These include SIPOC, Project charter, CTQs, data collection, sigma level calculation, root cause analysis, solution generation, FMEA and control charts.

Who Should Attend?
This course will enable the participants to do an improvement project within their organization leading to either tangible or intangible benefits.
The participants will know the basics of Minitab analysis and will be able to do root cause analysis and suggest solutions to problems in their processes. The course will lead to a certificate as a trained Green Belt.
Entry level executives, managers and senior managers from operations and support functions from the organization. This course is for all the departments in the organization and not function specific or industry specific.
